A:We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers.If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide replacement for you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.( You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return items and we will email to you our return address.)
